WSGA Board Meeting Minutes

January 30, 2006

Board Members:

Present: Paul West, Tisha Barber, Cathy Hornback, Ed Graves, Laurie Freeman, Robin DeRock, Jon Stanley

Proceedings:

Meeting called to order by President Paul West at 3:45

President Paul West puts a motion on the floor affirming the results of the election that took place in December naming:

Executive Board:
Paul West of Lake Stevens - President
Tish Barber of Wenatchee - Vice President
Ed Graves of Everett - Treasurer
Catherine Hornback of Kent - Secretary

Members At Large:
Laurie Freeman of Point Roberts - Board Member
Robin Derock of Wenatchee - Board Member
Jon Stanley of Sammamish - Board Member

Furthermore, we resolve that a checking account be opened by the Treasurer at a bank of his choosing in the name of the Washington State Geocaching Association. The account will name The Treasurer, President, and Vice President as authorized signers. Deposit Cards and/or Deposit Slips should be issued to the remaining members of the board.

Motion seconded by Tish Barber

Board voted unanimously to affirm the results of the election and approve the plan for the checking account.
